Deposits and Payments
No deposits are required. However, draft copies are watermarked. Final copies will only be distributed within 2 business days of the final balance being paid.
Refunds
Custom and premade covers are non-refundable upon final file delivery.
All other products and services are non-refundable.
Turnaround times
Turnaround times depend on availabilities and packages booked. Please send us an email to discuss current turnaround times. We always try our best to work to your schedule. Please note we operate on Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Attribution
All ebook, paperback and hardback copies must attribute design to:

Social media reveals do not require attribution, however this is greatly appreciated.
Pricing
All pricing is in AUD and include GST.
All invoices are presented in AUD.
Copyright
Draft designs and other materials used in the creation of any work remain © of THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS.
The draft design and any other materials not provided by the client remain © of THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS.
Final designs are licensed by the client only upon payment of final invoice.
Liability and Loss
Final files are kept for 30 days after final payment is received. After this date, files may be removed from our system. THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS may not be able to provide alterations or resizing after this date.
Errors and omissions are not the legal responsibility of THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS. All final works must be approved by the client. Upon approval, all errors and omissions are not the legal responsibility of THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS.
Loss of files are not the legal responsibility of THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS. It is the clients responsibility to download and keep copies of their final files.
THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS will to the best of our ability ensure all designs are original and are not plagarised and/or infringe on any other works. THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS does not assume legal responsibility for any loss and damages resulting from legal issues regarding the originality of our designs.
Loss of profit, revenue and data are not the legal responsibility of THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS resulting from any designs or works carried out by our business.
Social Media and Website content
THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS reserves the right to publish images of any custom or premade cover design on our website and/or social media channels after the work has been published or posted online by the client.
Any testimonials provided by the Client are able to be published on THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS website or social media.
AI
We operate under a no AI policy. We do our best to ensure every stock image is not produced by AI, however cannot guarantee no AI is included as current AI technology can be difficult to determine at times.
Stock Images/Fonts
All stock images/fonts are purchased/licensed by THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS. Stock images and fonts can be used on other designs, unless the stock image has been purchased by the client.
If the client provides any images or art to use in the final work, this image remains the licensed by the client and THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS has permission to use this image in the client's design only. The client is responsible for licensing of any images/fonts they request be used.
Confidentiality
THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS will make every reasonable effort to ensure the privacy of client's data. However, THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS is not legally responsible for the loss of any data, revenue or profits relating to data breaches in our business.
The client and THE FINAL CHAPTER DESIGNS agrees to the above terms and conditions.
